A coming of age story about a young boy who loses his parents during a tragic moment of heroic defeat to only have to face the ongoing problems of its aftermath.  Eddie Elliott, a young boy,  who had lost his parents, also, faces many adult situations that not only cause him to question the truth of his own town and the secrets of the Stones of Shadowsville, but also, question the truth of his parents and friends.
